Details: Residents can drop in for family support all in one place, ranging from ante-natal and health visitor clinics to parenting programmes and domestic violence support. Find out what’s on offer for families with children 0-18 years including learning through play activities. Meet the staff to find out how they can support you and your family through difficult times.

Dementia Information and Advice

Details: Wolverhampton has been recognised as a Dementia Friendly Community 2018. Come and meet some of our members who can give free information on dementia support in the city and advice on matters such as safety, legal matters and how to become dementia friendly. Partners include: Alzheimer’s Society, Trading Standards, West Midlands Police, Beacon Centre for the Blind, Healthwatch.

Mind your health

Details: Young people, parents and carers opportunity to take part in fun, free activities to improve emotional health and wellbeing. There will also be an opportunity to find out about the facilities and services available for the local community at the Hub including the gym, dance studio, badminton, table tennis, martial arts and yoga.

Family Carers Wellbeing Day

Date: Thursday 22 March
Time: 10:00am – 2:30pm

Details: If you are a carer for someone in your family, this is a day just for you! Come along and try some relaxation techniques with our Tai chi taster, take part in activities and get information to support you with your wellbeing and your caring role, including information about ‘Memory Matters’ and Support in the Community.
